What is the status of my order?

Please refer to your order tracking number to view the status. If there are any issues, please reach out to us and we will check on it asap!

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using the return option, and make a new purchase for the item through our site again!

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Dont worry, its on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship as they are produced. If you require an update or cant access your tracking, please reach out to us!

Where can I find the sizing information?

Product sizing varies between different styles. Product sizing info can be found under a main tab on our homepage.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not currently have a physical store, however, during the months of December - April we do have pop up stores throughout Nova Scotia. Please pop by and say hi!
