What is the status of my order?

Please refer to your order tracking number to view the status. If there are any issues, please reach out to us and we will check on it asap!

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using the return option, and make a new purchase for the item through our site again!

Do you have a physical store?

We do not currently have a physical store, however, during the months of December - April we do have pop up stores throughout Canada. Please pop by and say hi!
